Hi to all

I want to inquire if someone have a useful web site of Universities in USA or Canada which don't require so much higher scores in english language proficciency tests like the TOEFL, GRE, IELTS.........

I'm in a deep need for them.......

DO you want to go to any univ which does not place emphasis on english etc, or do you want to go to *good* universities?
