1220 (V 500-Q 720-AWA 4.0) Gave GRE,need help !!

my Gre score is verbal: 500 ,Quants-720, Analytical Writing -4

can i get admission to a good(decent) university in US with good chance of grants?? if so,then which one for example..!!
