Is it possible?

I took the gre for the first time on Saturday. I got a 560 v and 700 q. I have a 3.83 gpa and have done A LOT of extracurricular activities. Is Yale a leap? I know my scores aren't the best, but I am hoping to go to Yale to study foreign language. Let me know if anyone has any advise.

Hey
you should try to find out from the university itself. you can even try writing to former students.. then try to weigh your application.. if u have any doubt.. try giving GRE again.. dont take any risk..

Good luck!

Thank you so much for your help! I also wanted to know if the unofficial scores ever change? Like can your gre go up or down as it gets compared to other scores in the actual day of testing? Just wanted to know because I don't want my score to go down. (wouldn't mind if it raises a bit though) Everything I read about the gre says that a test will never be repeated and that each particular day has a certain test. For example, if the test I took was extra easy or hard, could my unofficial scores change?

Your score (the one out of 800 remains constant). Your percentile score may vary from someone else's with the same score though. However, I don't think that this does by more than a couple of percentile points.
