Need advise:TOEFL Rescheduling

If Any one has experience in rescheduling the TOEFL, Please advise...
Can we....
1. Postponed/preponed both or only postponed?
2. Change the Centre/Date both or only date?
2. Choose other centre in the next available date or ETS will automatically assign some centres in same city?

In my case, I re-scheduled once because I picked an inappropriate day. I had to pay $40 for re-scheduling. I could choose any test date at any test site. Now I see that ETS charges $50. You also have to re-schedule no later than 3 days before the test date.
