Hi everyone,
I have problem about toefl score.Toefl service have been send e-mail about my score:
Dear testtaker,

We are writing to you regarding the iBT TOEFL that you had taken on June 12, 2010. Please accept our apologies for the delay in reporting your test scores. Unfortunately we are not able to score your test due to problems scoring the speaking section of your test. When the raters attempted to score your speaking section, they could not hear your responses.

Please use the voucher authorization number below and also listed on your web TOEFL iBT profile to schedule another test date. The voucher number will pay for the test.

I send e-mail toefl I said this is not my problem it is test-center problem, can you give average score in speaking section?
Do you have advice to offer?

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Please go ahead and reschedule the test. You will not be able to get the average score for unscoring tape for sure.

You will probably do better next time. Think of the the last test as a rehearsal.

I am also very angry...
When I was taking the TOEFL test, my computer crashed and my test was postponed. They sent me e-mail saying I can get fre retest but they didn't explain how that works!! I conntacted them several times after that but with no response...

Other option was that I keep my current scores but the problem is that my scores are still not available even though it said they will be available by Friday, July 2nd.

So now I'm just really frustrated because my scores are late for some reason and I don't know how retest works and when I will be able to schedule another test... And nobody is answering me!!

I am sorry to hear about the problem. It is a common problem. You can't do anything with it. Please reschedule it as soon as possible. Take only the best test center and time that you are satisfied. Don't force yourself to take the test in a bad test center.

There will be a voucher number that you should get by calling customer service. Use that number to get a seat at Thomson Prometic.

About the score, ETS will cancel your score when you cancel and reschedule your test anyway. Good luck.

Hi jasna,

You need to call customer service rep. They should give you the number of customer care department which will give you the voucher number. Sometimes, it takes about 7 days to get the voucher. Where are you?

I know that it is frustrating but we need to deal with it wisely. I believe that you will get it soon. I'll work in front of the computer all days these few days. Please post it here so others can benefit from it.

I wan to know that do people join TOEFL just to get United States Visa? I have this misconception or is it a fact? As to whomever i met doing TOEFL was doing just for Visa...

No, TOEFL is not used solely to get a visa. The majority of TOEFL students I have worked with were taking the TOEFL either for a professional license (such as pharmacists and physical therapists who received their training in a foreign country but wanted to practice their profession here in the U.S.) or for admission into a university in the U.S. (or another English-speaking country).

I am also one of the TOEFL victims. I took the test on July 23, 2010. Today, it is August 29, 2010 and my paper TOEFL score hasn't been come yet. I conducted to the TOEFL customer service via e-mail but instead of helping me, the customer service is kidding me. I paid extra $17 to request my paper scores again. They told me the international delivery can take up to 4 weeks. Moreover, they said they could post the mails in 7 business days. I told them that my problem was urgent since I had to apply for student visa, otherwise I would lose my education right. But in their next reply they extended the delivery time up to 6 weeks I keep the e-mail records and I will sue them. I regret not to take IELTS because IELTS has offices in many countries and they help you to solve these kind of problems.
