just got my scores, dissapointed

hi to all, just got my scores today i did 97, i plan to apply for University of London external studies and i had to get total of 92 points from TOEFL, but my reading is 27, listening 27, speaking 22 and writing 21.......and i have to get 22 in writing, doyou think i should rescore or just take another test...im really dissapointed, i had to drive for 4 hours to get there didn't eat anything for 8 hours and now it seems ill have to do all of that again lol.........do you think i should even apply with these scores or do i have to take another test???thanx

thanx, yes i wrote it on the 17th, im from Croatia so i don't think how long arranging a rescoring would take, since you have to send that request form by mail and the procedure is pretty unclear to me, so im thinking about writing the entire test again, if i have time that is cuz i have to deliver my papers to hte uni till the 30th of november, and the next exam is on the 7th, so i dont think my results would get here in time, i am waiting for the reply from the uni and if they say i can take the test again ill do it, but this time ill prepare myself cuz i didn't prepare at all for the last test
