Karn
I just got my score a few days ago. The overall score is 94, with 27 Reading, 26 Listening, 20 Speaking and 21 Writing. What I want to do most is retaking, but not sure if I have enough time before the deadline. I am considering rescoring as well, but afraid that my score will be lower. I am aiming for MS in Agricultural Economics. Some universities I wish for are Wisconsin, Penn State, UC Davis, Purdue, and Missouri. I past the minimum requirements of every schools, except Mich State which require 22 in Writing. Is this score enough? Or I should wake up now? Hahaha Noted that I also took GRE with Verbal151 & Quan162 (Analytical not reported yet)
elo
Last Wednesday I faxed my rescore request. You have to recall the speaking section and review it on your own and think of the number of points that you counted on. Personally I had R: 29 L: 29 S:23 W:26 and I felt that I messed listening section and as for speaking I counted on 26 points at least, so that's why I sent my rescore request. Otherwise it won't change anything. Also you have to calculate how many more points do you need. What is your deadline?
Karn
Thank you elo. My first deadline is Michigan State, Dec 31. But they allow me to apply with this score at first and send the new score afterward. Other deadlines vary from Jan 4 - Feb 15. I have no idea about how to calculate the score. Please tell me. Actually, I need only 1 point more in Writing. But I 'want' 2 points more in speaking too if possible.
