Hello Mr. Erin:

Thank you for your reply a few weeks ago; I was worried about writing an essay. I follow your suggestion and let you know about my Toefl score - 257: Listening:24, Structure:21-28, Reading:25, Essay 5.5. I expected a lower essay score, due to the fact that I have loved the topic- the preferance of listening to the teacher's lecture in the class over students' active participation- which was actually subject for a debate between me and my Romanian mates, so I have written I guess more than 550 words, but had no time left for a quick review.

The testing center told me that I have got a good score, especially for the first time, but I am not sure if it is acceptable to the law schools that I want to apply for. I have called them, but one of them has not dealt before with foreing-educated students, and the other one simply could not evaluate the score. Therefore, I would like to have your opinion.
