Living with a criminal, does it affect me?

hi, i rent an appartment with a couple friends, one is actually a registered sex offender and has to register his address where ever he goes.
now im looking to apply at several schools but im nervous... does he being registered living with me or in general.. does living with ANY convicted criminal affect me in any way shape or form? is it even looked at, at all? or does it make a bad first impression? tho i myself have never been introuble with the law?
if somone could por favor, El Señor ease my mind about this ill love u forever.

I don't think that your roomates have anything to do with your personal background. But why would you choose to live with a registered sex offender? Might as well take up a room in the nearest county jail.

As a friendly word of advice, you might also need to brush up on your grammar before you consider graduate coursework.
