jway
Hi everyone, I have a question. Does anyone recognize that phrase? I'm sure it was taught to me as an economic truism but when I try to google it I don't get any hits at all?!! Basically it means where there's demand over a certain critical threshold there will *always* be supply to meet it. It doesn't matter if the item in demand is legal or illegal, if there is demand there will be supply. Has anyone else heard of this phrase, and maybe know who first said it?? thanks!!
