Some of these are kind of hard to understand, but I think I got most of them, with a little thinking. Perhaps some of these are related to Bulgarian culture?

I think this is the one that I find a bit difficult to understand. Is the point that the doctor ignores the patient and instead of offering advice about the woman's pregnancy, he simply offers congratulations? I assume that's the point, right?

I guess the confusing thing is--what is the doctor writing? A prescription? And if so, what is the doctor prescribing? Or is the doctor simply taking notes?

Well... I believe the 7th story is about mortuary... The 3rd story is "doctor doesn't care about you". In fact it isn't a joke, it's reality... in some countries...
