My guess..

Elder was born on 28th Feb, 11:58 PM ...something
Younger on 1st March, 00:02 hrs ...odd.

and the present year was a leap year.

I'm sorry guys there was an error in my question Now I've corrected it it was By mistake I printed after in stead of before

Hi Raghu

If you look at question it says younger celebrated his birthday two days before the elder's. In your case, younger should celebrate two days after? Here is the point.
