Mebbe they are curry puffs? Do you know that curry puffs and samosas look about the same, except the skin?

I don't know about India's samosas, but I have seen interesting differentiation. Those vege samosas with green dots and meaty ones with red dots!

Over here, when it comes to Indian food, we have two categories. First, the Indian, second, the Indian Muslim. They each have got their versions of curry puffs and samosas! Gosh, I think you guys should try to make a trip to South East Asia and witness for yourself the melding of cultures.

Oh dear! Am still doing research on my course. Sigh...SoPs are such a drag, but so important. Have talked to my recommenders and they still remember me, phew!

Well, there is Singapore.

Indian Muslims are widespread both in Malaysia, Singapore, and mebbe Indonesia (though I have never seen a local Indian Indonesian). Hmm..need to ask my Indonesian friend about this.

To clarify your confusion, there are Malay Muslim and Indian Muslim.
