You must use a #2 pencil

Admin edit: This post said something about how important it was to use a #2 pencil; the original poster had used a pencil that was different and had scored lower on the test.

I had a similar problem with a diagnostic. That stuff about using a number two pencil isn't a myth! I used one of those wooden pencils that wasn't a number 2 and it lowered my score by like 12 points. The machine picked it up as if I left it blank. Luckily I had it handscored. My instructor told you can get your test handscored for like 30$. I hope this helps out.
