Schools that offer guaranteed financing for your MBA

One of the major reasons I never looked seriously at top MBA programs in the past was that I knew I couldn't come close to affording tuition and other costs (even maxing out federal financial aid would only cover 1/3 to 1/2).

But now I've discovered that some elite schools offer guaranteed funding; that is, they'll loan you the money to cover cost of attendance regardless of your personal financial situation, credit history (well, assuming no bankruptcies, loan defaults, etc), or whether you have a co-signer or not.

A couple of examples are Harvard and Northwestern.

Am I understanding this correctly? And if so, could you guys please help me assemble a list of all of the top programs that offer such guaranteed funding?
