Letters of recommendation - samples?

Hi all,

I'm preparing a package for my recommenders and would like to include sample letters for them.

Would anyone have links to *good* (detailed, specific, well-written) recommendation letters to share?

My list so far, with comments on usefulness in brackets.

1. Joseph de Plumber, format: Q&A (will include it, best I've found)
2. Hongbin Wu, format: letter (will include it)
3. John Smith, format: letter (will include it, not bad)
4. Andrew Fuller, format: letter (will not include it - lacks detail)

In case it is helpful for others, here is the full list of materials I'm preparing:

1. My purpose and objective for taking an MBA
2. History of our work experience together (dates, team size, key projects)
3. A briefing on each school + deadlines + key success factors
4. Recommendation questions from each school
5. Sample phrases and sample letters
