Hi guys,

I am graduated from MIS (Management Information Systems)

Have taken TOEFL (270 CBT) and gonna take GMAT in March.

I am planning to apply for MBA in Enterpreneurship or Int. Business COncentration.

The problem is my work experience is quite limited according to the situation in my home country. In my searches over the net I come up with these results:

Thunderbird Int. School of Business
Uni. of Arizona
Uni. of Houston UP
Uni. of TX A&M
San Diego State

What do u guys think about the MBA programs of these unis ?

Currently residing in Houston and looking for some school in TX or near to TX, CAL, AZ etc.

Any Advices ?

Do u guys know where I can find information about the career opportunites of the graduates ( % employed upon grad. etc.) except the usnews.com and review.com (princeton)

Thx 4 yar time

What's wrong with the stats from US News and review.com? (haven't seen the ones from review.com myself, though). Have you checked BusinessWeek.com?

Most of the info I could give you about these schools comes from publicly available sources, i.e., the same you could read. I have, however, gotten some feedback from former students about Thunderbird, though--most said that they were a bit displeased with the program for soem reason or another. I can't recall the precise reasons, but something about the classes being too large and not enough variety in its curriculum (they focus on international business).

And if San Diego is part of the CSU system, and is similar in quality to the CSU universities up here in Northern California, I'd have to say make that your safety school! The CSU's up here are pretty easy to get into and are not very demanding in their courseload or in their selection of profs.

It would help, though, if you knew whether you wanted to focus on Entrepreneurship or Int'l Business.
