thank you very much everyone for all of your help I am glad I check this forum every day to see if I have any replys.![]()
I am a current undergraduate with three great internships. I am planning on applying next fall or possibly waiting another year to apply. My stats are:
GMAT: 710
v39
q48
AWA 6.0
GPA 3.6 in Industrial Engineering from University of Arkansas, Cum Laude
My top five schools right now are Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, Ohio State University, Olin, and University of Rochester, in no order. I am planning on concentrating on finance or corporate strategy. What are my chances of getting into these schools with negligable work experience? What are your opinions of these schools?
I am interested in real estate development and how my Industrial Engineering theories can be applied. If I wait 2 years and work my butt off do I have a chance at top ten schools, is it worth it? Also are there any great schools that I have a chance at that I have overlooked? Also, are there any books out there that concentrate on helping low work experience candidates?
I appreciate the help as I am new to the forum, Seems like a great community so far though!
