i am an engineering graduate, 26 years of age currenly in india. I wish to take GMAT and pursue an MBA in the US (duh!).
Before going there, i just wanted an idea of how much money (a ballpark) will it entail, i.e., how much money ON AN AVERAGE will it take (including tuition, residnece, other expenses) to pursue such a course from US?

Could someone please please help me out here?

Mostly it'll depend on the school that you plan to attend as the tuition varies drastically from one instituition to another. Your annual expenses other than tuition can range from 10,000 - 15,000 USD per year on an average. Tuition fee may vary from 10,000 - 30,000 USD per year. (Normally it is more costly to study at a private instituition than at public instituition). Mostly I've been looking at top 30 schools only, so I can't tell you anything about other universities.

Hope this gives you some idea...
