On second thought, there is one more path you can take if you are serious about finance and don't want to take GMAT and still want to go to top 20-30 schools.
Quit your job now and take a paycut to become an financial analyst in some boutique firms. If they don't want you, go work for free for a year and go cold turkey. You can thanks me later after your MBA for this advice. |

If you are looking for IT after MBA, pick your region first and then go there. Don't go to kelley as no IT firms will recruit there. Go to SCU, USC and other regional schools in California/silicon valley or NYC area.
