Your GMAT is OK given its around 80%/80% split. However, your WE as software engineer puts you in a overcrowded IT field. This makes it very difficult for you to compete with others.

Black Belt if you get it, will be a good achievement. Comm. Service still needs some work to make it more substantial but it looks ok.

I guess it depends on lucks for top 10 schools. H/S will be difficult but W a maybe.

What other top 10-15 universities would you recommend? How about INSEAD, LBS etc?

Insead is consider top 10 as well as LBS. I think the issue is you should pick which one you like and ask me if its a fit or not. rather than asking me which universities fits you.

Please do some due diligence and find out what do you like.

LBS, Stern or Insead is more likely. MIT actually likes non tech folks these days. And Kellogg does like more soft skill folks.

I just thought to ask you this...I have a feeling my GMAT score is not upto top 10 universities...do you suggest trying it again to bump it to 700+? I am just thinking how much will it help as I can easily show my acads through undergrad and grad performance.
