I think you can aim a little higher but also needs a little more WE since your profile is not steller. Should you have another year or two of WE and with a higher Quant of GMAT, you should be able to get into top 10 instead of the top 30 you are looking now.

But, I am still curious to know, given the current profile, which one of the three levels of schools do I have the most chances to get through?

Once you are out of top-10, the level are more or less the same. So all the schools you listed are possible.
