Opinion Needed

Hi GmatBong. Please Evaluate
I am 23 yrs old Male
Working as a developer in a small software company for the past 3 yrs
Gmat score: 580(42Q 28V)
UnderGrad: BS Mathematics and BS Computer Science from US
GPA: 3.6

Questions:
1.) I am working in the same company for past 3 years. However, it will only be a year since my graduation as I was working while finishing my undergrad. Will the work exp. for me be 1 yrs or 3 yrs?

2.) I am planning to apply for MBA finance at:
-San Jose State University
-Cal state long Beach
-North Eastern University
-University of Denver
-Drexel University
-Santa Carla University
-University of Arizona
-University of Connecticut

What are my chances of getting into these colleges and what is the best college for job in financial market upon my graduation?

You will not get into the financial field with those schools. Given you are a career switcher, your best bet will be to work as an analyst position in some small financial services firm and go up from there.

You need to look at top 20 schools or perhaps the top 10 schools if you are planning to change your career. At that level, you need at least a GMAT score of 650+ and 700 to be competitive.
