Has anyone heard of Hult International business school?

My next question is, is Hult as bad as Devry or Uni of Phoenix?

Can one land a consulting job after MBA from Hult and 14 years of quality work experience in business development (9yrs being international)

Hult is just a run-of-the-mill MBA like any second tier schools. It is not as bad as UofPhoenix or Devry.

As for consulting job after MBA? Well, if you can't get a consulting job currently with 14 years of quality WE in busdev then a Hult MBA will not help.

Are you still give a go at Hult??? I am still thinking about it..

In last 2 years they have evolved quite significantly.. From the latest batch, it seems, couple of them have joined Mck & Bain..

At first I had heard it from the Aluminis based in Singapore, and then when I managed to get a copy of their Alumini Update, I found out that one of them is in Mck. Munich and not in US.

am no expert but I think getting consulting jobs from HULT will be really quite tough. getting top consulting jobs beyond top 10-20 schools anyway is tough. i mean thses firms will not come for campus placement so one will have to use contacts and networking to get jobs. HULT apart from economist doesnt come in any of the other US rankings like US news and Business week so that is a concern. Hult does get many good students though with work exp since its a one yr mba and the tuition fee is less than many other schools..ofcourse being in boston does help though boston has such amazing names like harvard, Mit etc that Hult wont match them ever. whats ur gmat score? a lot depends on that i guess on which school u can or should go to.

GMAT is the only issue complelling us to opt for hult. Because Hult values work exp more than GMAT.

14 years of international work experience and a 410 on GMAT

Since 14 yrs will not really over shadow the low GMAT, we decided on hult. Retaking GMAT on Dec 30th again though, but how high can the score go anyway, havent been to school in more than a decade!

Do you know anyother uni does that would value work exp more than GMAT?

Hope you wouldn't mind if I ask you this. In all your posts you had referred as 'we', does it mean including yourself and few others are joining HULT.

Guess what, In the last 2 weeks I did enough research on HULT and I managed to reach out to the current students, past students and those who will be joining soon.

Hult scores on few things - cost, faculty, location, & 1 year program.

Career services, for a small brand as HULT, they seem to be working their way out. But doesn't mean they meet the expectations but might soon be doing it in another couple of years may 5 or 6 years...

Career services are the doing the best they can. On the placements, the candidates still fight their way out. which is the case with any other non-top 10 business schools.

I am curious to know with GMAT 410, did you manage to get into HULT... I share the same profile as you do...
