ask management information system
hi all,

Im going to apply MS of managemet information system for FALL 08.

I dont have good GMAT and TOEFL. so I'm confuse for choosing university.
which one do you guys suggest for managment information sytem?
Iowa state
virginia Tech
texas tech
CSU (which CSU is good?)
San jose state univ ?
or which one do you suggest ?

and..
Is there any university that admit students who has low TOEFL and let them take english class while taking graduate study?

please need help.
