To HR or not to HR...
Hello all,
I have 2 years of IT work experience and have now been offered a job in HR .Will HR experience make me eligible only for an MBA in HR or can i apply for marketing as well ? How good are the MBA HR courses in the US ? I am looking for an MBa that will find me a good job in India also .. will an MBA in HR from the US also be able to fetch me a good job in India or are the HR principles used, different ?? Please help . i am unable to decide whether i should take the HR job or not . GMAT Bong and others please help me decide. ![]() |

Well whats suits you depend upon your own area of interest, from my side HR will help you to develop your overall personality and help you to know the behavior and psychology of different persons i hope which may help you in marketing also because you will able to predict and judge other person.
