Um, NYU is a better program, the placement is marginally better and it is tougher to get into. Why is that hard to believe? The NYU GMAT in and starting salary out are slightly better than Yale's, too. I think the recruiting is slightly more active.Having said that, Yale is still an awesome program, and if 1 school is significantly cheaper than the other (including living expenses, etc) the cheaper one will be your best bet.

Yale = NPO and social respsonibility all the way. NYU = Wall Street and finance.
They are so different as far as I am concerned... How can you get accepted at both? Where's the transparency!? For me, Yale is the better brand name internationally... NYU is in Manhattan, nuff said... |

chris 123 is bang on.
Yale is known for Non profit. NYUj for finance. they r reallt different. Yale ofcourse as a univ is ivy etc and has worldwide branding..,..althjough george Bush is a graduate. being in NYC has its plusses...but will be more expensive. NYU doesnt give a UNiv campus feel like Yale. as an MBA NYU is probably better if u want to do finance..for the experiance and brand name in general yale. both are expensive like hell ofcourse. |
