GMAT additional scores

Erin, please feel free to remove my post to the correct forum if it doesn't fit here.
Anyway, I'm so much annoyed because for the past 3 days, I could not succeed in sending a fax to ETS to request additional score reports to more schools I'm applying. Did anyone meet such problem before? How to overcome? I registered test by fax in China, so I can't use the on-line request of additional score reports. please help me. Thanks!

Why exactly are you not able to fax them? And why do you HAVE to fax them?

If this is urgent, I would suggest calling them: 1-609-771-7290
asking if they received your request, and if they have not, placed the order there on the phone with a credit card.

Vera, thank you for yr suggestions. I tried to place order by phone, but I don't have my 7-digit registration number. But finally, later this morning, I succeeded in faxing the order to ETS.

I hope they will be able to proceed it accordingly without delay.
