GMATbong and others, please advise

Well, here's my profile in brief:

Undergrad: Engineer from top Indian Univ, Delhi Univ
GPA: 71.33
GMAT: 730
TOEFL: 280
Career Goal: Real Estate Development
Short term: Real Estate IB/PE
Schools applied this year: Haas (waitlist and ding), Ross(same)

My work ex has been in technology but I have been handling my business in real estate investments and acquisitions for 5 years now. 3 years technology with 1 promotion in a non-fortune 500 company.

Now, I have an offer of admission from Georgia Institute of Technology with full schol for financial engineering program. What would you recommend I do:

1) Take it up and reapply for Fall 2009
2) Take it up, work for 2 years in IB and then do MBA
3) Drop it and work for another year in India and reapply for Fall 2009

How would the schools view 1 year financial Engg Vs 1 year of work ex?
