I am waitlisted at my fav B-school. What to do now? [8)]
How can I convert it.

The standard advice is to send off an e-mail or a letter to stress your interest or to update your application with any recent accomplishments. However, it seems it is pointless to do this with some schools, but since you haven't mentioned which school you're waitlisted at, it's hard to say with more certainty.

Well, at least a bit of congrats is in order!
