How Bad Is To Take It For Third Time For An Admission Board From A Top 10 School?

Your quantitative score is good, and you've shown improvement in the verbal. I would say taking it for a third time couldn't hurt because a 640 is not nearly sufficient enough. You might need to lower your expectations to Top 50.
