admission in medicine

hi every1,

I want to apply for medicine but i'm not sure what are my chances of getting admission so please advise how to improve my application profile.

I made a C in human phys, a C in ochem 1 lecture and D in ochem lab. I repeated ochem 1 and made better grades (A and B). Then i took ochem 2 and made A in lecture but a C in lab. My gpa is 3.5 and I made A's and B's in all other classes like math, biochem, and other biology classes. I took Mcat twice but only made 14 in both cases. Now I'm going to tkae mcat next year only after taking practice tests to make sure I make 30 or higher.
