    Do you mean that financial aid is given to undergraduates only?

    UT Dallas and USC are still accepting applications. And, from what I remember reading in this forum, Columbia and Brown provide rolling admissions.

    Do these universities you have mentioned, have the masters that I described and what is meant by rolling admissions?
