Hello! Does anyone know what are all the requirements needed to be submitted after finishing the internship hours and the address to submit it to? Do we need time sheet as a proof of internship hours or just the form from the ca.gov of your completed hours? DO we need to submit anything else...

Is there here anybody has Walgreens Naplex/ Mpje review notes? I believe they offer it for people who signed a contract with them. I have heard that it's very useful, However, just can't get it. Any ideas?
