Aciphex is a PPI, pick among another PPI (kapidex, nexium, prevacid, protonix) or if none is present use a H2 blocker (zantac, tegamet, axid)
remember, prilosec is the only PPI otc, and all the H2 blockers, despite being otc and available to any patient, have plenty of DD interactions being all LE inhibitors (tegamet the most). PTH regulates metabolism of calcium, Vit D regulates its absorption in the bone tissue, know the % of elemental calcium present in os-cal, citracal, phoslo and what salt of it is present in those brands. As for bound/ unbound... not sure what you are asking |
