APHA-Chapter 6 Pharmacokinetics Calculations

Hi ,I plan to give naplex in a month, but I am freaked out..
The kinetics calculations in chapter6 of apha are scaring me.. I spent 2 days trying to remember the formulae. But after all that, its of no use.

I cannot even understand the clinical examples that they have given at the end of the chapter!!! they don't explain well how they have derived the answers..
Any site/study material which will help me follow?? Pls. help... I am pulling my hair out.
Is this chapter really important for the naplex? I mean can I afford to skip it totally? ANy feedback would help!!!!!
Thanks guys,best wishes
