Creating a list is the easy part. Knowing at what CrCl needs renal adjustment is the hard part. That's what the CPJE likes to test you.

Please Fortaz, what is the full meaning of CPJE and how is it different from MPJE? Which people are meant to take CPJE and can one takee it together with MPJE? Thanks in anticipation of your prompt response.
