you can buy it in barnes/noble or online.
It is a pharmacopoeia,drug reference material,pharmacist use it all the time,but the deluxe version.
It has all the drugs,indications,dosing,unapproved indications,black box,special notes,with tables for theraputic levels,ER tx's.....etc.
You can buy the pocket guid or get the online version if you have PDA.

I read and learnt all chapters except 2,3,4,6.

Make sure you know all the tables and finally get yourself a Tarascon pocket
Pharmacopoeia.

I have 6th edition of APHA and according to your list

7. Biotechnology and pharmacogenomics
12. Hyperlipidemia (does not include in your list)
14. Thyroid (not included)
15. Women's health


I think you have a different edition and I feel that following chapters are not that important

1. Biotechnology
2. Women' s health
3. Critical care, fluids
4. Nutrition
5. Immunization
6. Geriartrics and gerontology

Correct me if I am wrong.

I studied everything in prontopass and listened to the cd as well,which was really usefull for me as sometimes I will get really tired of reading so listening to cd was a nice change.
I have cpje next week and after that I am selling prontopass 2009,it has everything,cards,posters,cd ,maths...

yes I have the 5th edition.
I will write all the names of important chapters as soon as I get a chance,in the mean time concentrate on HIV,diabetes,CHF,herbals,anticoagulants.
