Guys remember only regular insulin can be given IV all other SC.
One more thing there is intranasal route for insulin too = exubera... Only NPH is cloudy...

Heparin products route
1. UFH : IV or SC 2. LMWH (all "parins") : SC only (arixtra can be given IV only initial dose) 3. Angiomax : SC Remember there is no antidote for the arixtra... for all other use protamine 1% injection.
