Hi everyone,
I am confused and feel like I can't get things straight to understand them.
Please help.

If a label of the bottle says that quantity is 50 tablets and there are 60 tablets in the bottle. Is this misbranding?

How about if a label says 20 mg zoccor, you find a 40 mg of zoccor in the bottle. Is this misbranding or adultration?

How many mg of opium can be despensed within a given 48 hour in Florida? 240 or 120mg?
How about ethylmorphine? 60 or30mg?

Did you practice at prempje.com, these all above questions are well-explained there.

Soruce: prempje.com
Any thing affect the quality (strength) of the drug = it is considered adulterated
Any thing that is malpractice/misleading regard to the drug = it is considered misbranded

You will find like 50 questions regarding confusing questions at prempje based on just adulteration/misbranding.

if bottle says 50 and has 60 pills = misleading (misbranding)
if bottle says 20 mg and has 40 mg = adulteration (increased dose)
240 ml or 24 units in 48 hours (I don't remember exact confusing question at prempje about this point, it was something like you cannot divide the 12 units on first day and 12 on second day...check out that site)

In FL MPJE they will ask a lot of questions like these... make sure u read and practice a lot...

In florida, a pharmacist only can despense a half amont of Non Rx CV cough and antidiarrhea meds, right?

Only 120ml (120mg) of opium (1mg/ml) can be dispensed within 48 hours....

In florida, pharmacist can sale C-V drugs = 120 ml (4 oz) per 48 hrs
Opium containing c-V drugs = 240 ml per 48 hrs
