Hi All,

I tried to purchase the access code of prempje. I entered all the credit card info. But it did not go through. I clicked the bottom many times. Finally I called my bank since I thought my credit card had some problems.
It turned out that my credit card is fine and paypal somehow was charging me $1 every time I clicked the bottom.
How does the payment work?
I would like to pay with my credit card but the website did not let me do it.
Does anyone have this problem before?
Please help. Thank you.

I never had problem like this. Contact paypal. This is paypal issue. I don't think that it's the problem with prempje.

Don't you have PayPal account? It would be easy if you have PayPal account.

Anyway I agree it is a paypal issue. Contact PayPal.

Thank you for the quick reply.
I contacted prempje. They were very supportive with this issue.
I was told that they only accept payments through Paypal. Therefore if you do not have paypal account, sign up first.
After all, it was very prompt and I received the code stat.
