Prempje Fl mistakes?

I found a couple questions in the Prempje Fl and I would like to confirm them.
How many CE hours are needed for the consultant pharmacist according to the florida law?
I think 12 hours+3 hours=15 hours however, according the site 33 hours. Is that correct?

Also I got confused what pharmacy clerk means? Prempje says that all pharmacy intern, techinician and pharmacy clerk can take refill order over the phone. I understand the first two can. A Pharmacy clerk means a pharmcy cashier at a drug store? Can they take the order over the phone?
