I was just wondering if employers can find out whether or not you have failed the NAPLEX? Can they look you up and see how many times you have taken the NAPLEX and see your scores? I don't want anyone to know whether or not I have failed or taken the NAPLEX.

There is no connection with Employer and NABP so I do not believe there is a way anybody can find out if you failed the NAPLEX or not.

Nobody can check your result but your self. In fact the results are mailed to you not given out on phone.

If you are during intership and have just finished your employer might ask you when you will give the exam and what was the result.
