QUESTION FOR MPJE
Can someone please let me know if a consultant pharmacist can dispense a prescription...the prempje explanation say NO....iam confused....????

NO I dont think so because the consultant pcist is specialist pcist who has special role in consultancy managing the methods. Go to wikipedia and search consultant pcist responsibilities. Or go to your state board site and surf the consultant pcist area.
