Congratulation Ginas. You worked hard and you really deserve to celebrate. I need your help my friend. I got pharmpreponline but the problem is I find it really hard compared to all other practice questions I have like american pharmacist association, lange, comprehensive pharmacy review. Is the real exam that hard?? did you find some questions in the exam like what is in pharmpreponline?? Please help me. my exam will be the third week of November and I am really nervous.
Congratulation again. You deserve it. |

Don't confuse with the pharmpreponline. Certain chapters are really worse like cancer etc. The real naplex has easy questions than the pharmpreponline.
- Remember the counselling points of each drug (not only top 200 drugs). - Side effects profile of only certain drugs (hardly few drugs) - Max doses of oakword drugs like digoxin, arava etc. - Special dosage forms like xanax, tegretol etc. - Do it all or none - drug interactions (only for narrow therapeutic index + certain special drugs like anticancer) - MOA of very distinct drug like all antidiabetic drugs - No need to remember lab value (only remember:glucose, K, cholesterol, BP) Best luck guys.. Hi, Saha I am extremely sorry for the late reply. I was so busy looking for new job. Write me at ginas202@gmail.com about what did you read. Because it looks like you over read everything. I suggest you to make one source as primary source (i think you should read the apha).
Second, you should read more selective. You do not need to read everything. Read top 200 drugs for max dose, dosage forms (of certain drugs like mesalamine, tegretol, xanax), contraindications (renal impairment), side effects (cancer drugs, NTIs), plasma conc (NTI), special counselling points of all the drugs (even it is not the top 200 drug), colors of warfarin pills, drug of choice (indication) of all the drugs. That's all you need to read. Don't read more 4 hours per day. Eat good and sleep good. Keep reading same chapters frequently. Like if you have read antihypertensive today. Schedule it to revise after 2-3 days (not immediately) because generally any person forgets their read stuff in about 1-2 days, revising after that boost your brain to remember stuff which are hard to remember. if you need more help, write me email. Best luck
