Hi!
Has any of you taken IL MPJE and passed? I just found out that I have to retake it again...I used Barry/Reiss for federal and state law material from the Illinois website..anyone tried using prontopass?? Any information would be helpful.

Hi Kirtanauic! I am planning to take the test on Jan 2010. They said that they give harder questions on Nov and Dec. So I'll take my chances on Jan.

I used Reiss and Hall for Federal law and downloaded state law materials from thier website.You need to download the Pharmacy Act and Pharmacy Rules from the state board website..illinois dept of financial and professional regulation. Sorry cant post links here..

Hello!

Thanks for the reply I ordered the Prontopass MPJE study cards b/c I figured it was a more concise "study guide" for state law (and federeal) vs reading the laws sent to me by the IL BOP. The official laws/rules have way too much legal jargon LOL When I tookt he NC MPJE (2003), it wasn't that diffucult, but law exams always have that "GRAY AREA". Since this time around I don't have any school notes/review course notes to help me study, I'm hoping these prontopass cards will be a good substitute.

I have heard of a study guide by a Dr. Reikert (not sure of spelling) through posts on the internet, but haven't been able to put my hands on that guide. Any of you heard of this or how to get it?
