Pharmacy intern hours

Hello friends,
As you know, most states want 1500 intern hours. I have two questions regarding those hours:

1- Does the board accept part of the hours from a foreign country?
2- When can I start counting hours, since FPGEC issue date or intern license issue date?

Please I need answers based on an actual experience.

I'm a foreign graduate too. Hours outside the USA do not count. Hours are counted since the date of thy pharmacy intern license. You are not eligible to work as an intern before you are issued a pharmacy intern license anyways. Good luck

I have been told that some states accept transfering some of the intern hours "like 300 or 400 hours" from foreign countries. Are you sure it's not true?

I personally never heard of that. Ask who ever told u that about which states then contact the state board of pharmacy and verify if that's true
