question about Florida license

Can anyone tell me Can we do Florida license reciprocity to any other states besides you need to pass the law exam in your state? (In other words, is Florida License acceptable in any other states). Does diffenent state have different license reciprocity policy? Or once you get a license, you can do reciprocity to any other states? Where can I find more information about license reciprocity?
