H1-papers

Hello Guys
Could you please tell us the earliest possible date one can get h1-papers and also the usual date we get the papers.Please tell these with premium processing as well.

Did the H1 processing start?I heard that they will start in the month of march.Any way did u find a sponsor for H1.
I am on H4.I cleared FPGEE,TSE and TOEFL.i received my FPGEC.
Premium processing takes one week or so.
Any info please post here.

is it ture that H1 processing already started? as per i know , H1 processing will start in the month of April( 1st april).
Also is it true that albertsons, walgreens.... will not going to sponser H1 if you do not have FPGEC certificate. I am waiting for my FPGEC Certificate. I tried to contact this company, but nobody is giving me positive answers. Now i am worried that because of this situation , i have to wait another year just to get H1 sponsership. does anybody in same situation like me?

Any info regarding H1 processing?Do we need to start calling all the pharmacies now?Did anyone start doing this and how is the response?Or any idea of a particular date we should call them?Any idea whom to contact?

Hi chintal an everyone else in my situation,
I am also waiting for FPGEC.I am quite worried too that April 1st will arrive before I get my certificate.I have called NABP several times but they dont have definite dates when they will post it.
As far as I am aware , H1 visas application start 1st of april 06.
does anyone know whether employers can still file for H1 visas after April?
It is true that walgreens will not start processing without FPGEC.
anyone with some positive news?? please share

yes walgreens does only if you have FPGEC which is now taking 4 months
H1 starts from APRIL 01 TO OCT the employer can file any time between that provided quato. if quato is there you can file untill oct.

last time it was august this time people are expecting early then that may be bush vist to india /bush addres to parliment increase the H1 quato .
then there will be no problem
