processing time for naplex sitting

Hi all
do you have any idea how long it takes to be sitted for naplex after submitting all documents and how long it(authorization to test) is effective (for example, a year or 6 months)?
i want to figure out how earlier i have to submit my application.
and during that time, we have some time to prepare for naplex.
just approximation would be very helpful. and if you know about naplex processing time for New York, nothing better than this.
